1 - It is hereby made public that, by order of June 3, 2016 of the President of the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB), in the use of own competence, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph d) of paragraph 1, Of article 91 of Law 62/2007, of September 10 and paragraph d), of paragraph 1, of article 27 of the IPB Statutes, approved by Normative Order No. 62/2008 , Published in Diário da República, 2nd Series, no. 236, of December 5, is open for a period of 35 business days from the day following the date of publication of this notice in the Diário da República, International documentary competition for the recruitment of one (1) Adjunct Professor, for the Bragança Higher School of Health, in the form of a contract of employment in public functions for an indefinite period, with a five-year experimental period, for the Disciplinary Area Life Sciences and Public Health, in the curricular units of "Biological Aging and Health" and "Nutrigenomics", of the staffing plan for 2016 of this Institute, in accordance with the provisions of articles 5, 10b, 15. 15, 17 and 29-B of the Statute of the Career of Teaching Staff of Polytechnic Higher Education, published by Decree-Law no. 185/81, of July 1, republished by Decree - Law no. 207/2009, of August 31 and amended by Law no. 7/2010 of May 13, hereinafter referred to as ECPDESP, in conjunction with Regulation No. 290/2011 on Recruitment, Selection and Contracting of Career Teaching Staff of the IPB, published in Diário da República, 2nd series, no. 90, of May 10, hereinafter referred to as the Regulation.
2 - Number of jobs to be filled - 1 (one).
3 - Modality of the legal employment relationship to be established - Contract for an indefinite period with a trial period of five years, in accordance with article 10-B of the Statute of the Teaching Career of Polytechnic Higher Education (ECPDESP).
4 - Characterization of the functional content - The functional content of the Assistant Professor category, according to article 3, paragraph 4, of the ECPDESP.
5 - General requirements for admission to this competition are those provided for in article 8 of Law no. 12-A / 2008, of February 27, in conjunction with article 12-E of the ECPDESP.
6 - Special admission requirements are those defined in terms of article 17 of the ECPDESP, namely:
6.1 - In the present competition, the holders of the doctoral degree or the specialist title may apply, in the area or area related to that for which this contest is opened.
Opponents of the competition holding qualifications obtained abroad must prove the recognition, equivalence or registration of the doctor degree, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
6.2 - Domain of the Portuguese language spoken and written.
Candidates of foreign nationality, except those from Portuguese-speaking countries, must deliver a diploma officially recognized as proof of the written and oral nature of the Portuguese language, or certificate or diploma of communicative competence in Portuguese language of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, Of the Council of Europe.
7- Period of validity of the competition:
7.1 - The contest is valid for the completion of the job indicated, expiring with its completion or one year after the date of approval of the final classification list by the President of the IPB.
7.2 - The competition may also be terminated by a duly substantiated act of the President of the IPB, respecting the general principles of administrative activity as well as legal, regulatory and insolvency limits.
8 - Form of application:

8.4 - In accordance with the ECPDESP, and in accordance with the Regulation of Recruitment and Employment of Career Teaching Staff of the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, the application for admission to the competition is further instructed with the following elements:
A) Document proving the fulfillment of the special requirements set forth in number 4 of this notice, namely: certificate of degrees and titles required and certificate proving the length of service;
B) Twelve copies, printed or copied, of the candidate's curriculum vitae, drawn up in accordance with the model established in the Recruitment Regulations and attached to this Call for Proposals;
C) Twelve copies, printed or copied, of the works mentioned by the candidate in his / her curriculum vitae.
8.5 - Of the items referred to in points b) and c) of the previous number, two copies are necessarily delivered in paper, and the remaining elements may be delivered in digital format (cd / dvd / pen format, duly identified).
8.6 - Applications sent by e-mail are not accepted.
9 - Failure to submit documents proving the requirements (general and special) legally required under this notice, or its submission after the stipulated deadline, determines the exclusion of the procedure.

14.1 Technical and scientific performance (DTC)
I. Academic background (FA)
A) Ph D - 25 points.
B) Specialist title under the terms of Decree-Law no. 206/2009, of 31st August - 10 points.
C) Certified training considered relevant in the area of the competition - 5 points for training between 90-120 ECTS; 3 points for formations between 60-89 ECTS and 2 points for formations between 30-59 ECTS. Formations greater than 120 ECTS 10 points.
II. Quality and dissemination of research activity results (RAI)
A) Authorship of scientific books - 5 points per international book and 3 points per national book.
B) Authorship of chapters in scientific books - 4 points per chapter in international book and 3 points per chapter in national book.
C) Authorship of articles in scientific journals - 5 points per journal article indexed to ISI / Scopus and 3 points per journal article indexed to other databases.
D) Participation in scientific conferences:
I) Publications of complete articles in minutes - 3 points per article in ISI / Scopus conference and 2 points in other conferences.
Ii) Publications in abstracts books - 2 points per abstract in ISI / Scopus conference and 0.5 points in other conferences.
Iii) Oral and poster communications - 0.5 per oral communication and 0.25 per poster.
E) Number of citations in indexed journals, using ISI / Scopus as reference and excluding own ones - 0.2 points for citation up to a maximum of 10 points.
F) Coordination / editing of scientific publications - 1 points per publication up to a maximum of 10.
G) Participation as guest speaker in events of scientific nature - 1 point per participation up to a maximum of 10.
H) Organization of scientific events - 1 points per action up to a maximum of 10.
I) Member of scientific committees of events - 1 point per participation up to a maximum of 10.
J) Evaluator of scientific articles submitted to scientific journals / events: 2 and 1 points per review, up to a maximum of 10.
K) Dissemination and dissemination activities of science - 1 point per action up to a maximum of 10.
L) Other activities considered relevant - other activities will be valued that show the technical-scientific performance of the candidate up to a maximum of 10 points.
III. Quality of projects and research contracts (CIP)
A) National research and development projects - 5 points to the project coordinator and 3 points to team members.
Projects in the area of the competition that involve the existence of a prior competition, approval and financing will be considered.
B) International research and development projects - 10 points to the project coordinator and 6 points to team members.
Projects that involve the existence of a prior tender, approval and financing will be considered.
IV. Knowledge Transfer (TC)
Patents and prototypes - 5 points per international patent and 2.5 points per national patent.
Only cases with the completed registration and approval processes will be considered.
V. Prizes, grants and distinctions (PBD)
A) Scientific and academic awards and distinctions of scientific societies or public and private entities - 2, 5 points for international premium or distinction and 1 points for each national award or distinction, up to a maximum of 10 points.
Prizes or distinctions of a technical-scientific nature awarded by national or international competitions, by research entities or bodies, scientific societies or by public and private entities of recognized merit shall be considered.
B) Scholarships for periods of work and stays in research centers - 2.5 points per scholarship up to a maximum of 5.
Note: In RAI, PCI, TC and PBD, the weighting to be awarded to the candidate will be reduced by 50% whenever technical-scientific performance is not developed in the contest area.
14.2 Pedagogical Performance (DP)
I. Teaching functions in institutions of higher education (FD)
A) Experience and quality of the pedagogical work:
I. Number of semesters of learner experience - 1.5 points per semester.
If necessary, the score is awarded in proportion to the percentage value of the contracts.
Ii.
Regent / responsible for units taught - 4 points for each curricular unit, teaching at least 75% of the total workload.
In the curricular units of "Biological Aging and Health" and "Nutrigenómica" - 8 points for each curricular unit.
Iii.
Participation in the teaching of curricular units - 1 point for each curricular unit, teaching at least 25% of the total workload.
Iv.
Regent / responsible of clinical teaching / curricular internships - 4 points for each clinical teaching / internship.plataformas eletrónicas.
Vi.
Participação na elaboração de conteúdos programáticos e planos curriculares - até ao máximo de 15 pontos - 3 pontos para atividades relacionadas com o desenho dos cursos e 1 ponto para a elaboração de programas de unidades curriculares.
II. Participação em júris (PJ)
A) Participação em júris de doutoramento e outras provas públicas previstas no Estatuto da Carreira do Pessoal Docente do Ensino Superior - 1 pontos por participação.
B) Participação em júris de mestrado – 0, 2 pontos por participação.
III. Dedicação e qualidade das atividades profissionais relacionadas com a docência (APD)
A) Apreciação do desempenho pedagógico - até ao máximo de 15 pontos.
Serão considerados os inquéritos ou instrumentos similares de avaliação do desempenho pedagógico.
A pontuação será atribuída tendo em conta a menção positiva valorativa, qualitativa ou quantitativa.
B) Internacionalização da atividade pedagógica em instituições de ensino superior - 5 pontos por participação, até ao máximo de 15.
IV. Orientação de dissertações e trabalhos conducentes a grau académico (ODT)
A) Estudos conducentes ao grau de mestre/doutor – 2 pontos por orientação, sendo a pontuação dividida pelo número de orientadores em trabalhos partilhados.
B) Estudos conducentes ao grau de licenciado ou equivalente - 1 pontos por orientação, sendo a pontuação dividida pelo número de orientadores em trabalhos partilhados.
14.3 Outras Atividades que Hajam Sido Desenvolvidas, Consideradas Relevantes para a Missão da Instituição do Ensino Superior (OA)
I. Exercício de cargos e funções académicas (CFA)
A) Desempenho de cargos ou funções de presidência/vice-presidência direção/subdireção- 15 pontos por ano de mandato.
Serão consideradas as funções estatutariamente previstas nas instituições onde foram exercidas e será considerada a de nível mais elevado.
Se necessário a pontuação é atribuída na proporção dos duodécimos cumpridos.
B) Desempenho de cargos ou funções de gestão pedagógica coordenação/direção/presidência - 10 pontos por ano de mandato e por cargo ou função.
Serão consideradas as funções estatutariamente previstas nas instituições onde foram exercidas.
Se necessário a pontuação é atribuída na proporção dos duodécimos cumpridos.
C) Outros cargos ou funções por designação atribuídos pelos órgãos de gestão das instituições de ensino superior- 5 pontos por participação até ao máximo de 30.
II. Atividades de extensão (AE)
Atividades relevantes para o ensino, investigação e serviço à comunidade no âmbito da missão da instituição.
Serão atribuídos 5 pontos por ação até ao máximo de 40.
O júri deliberou, ainda, que em caso de empate de classificação entre os candidatos, serão aplicados sucessivamente os seguintes critérios:
A) Ter mais tempo de atividade docente nas unidades curriculares a concurso.
B)Ter experiência profissional nas unidades curriculares a concurso.
15 — Procedimentos previstos para o concurso e respetivo calendário: Os procedimentos e normas aplicáveis ao concurso são as constantes do Regulamento de Recrutamento, Seleção e Contratação de Pessoal Docente do IPB, encontrando-se disponível para consulta no site www.ipb.pt ou poderá ser consultado em Diário da República - Regulamento n.º 290/2011, publicado em Diário da República, 2.ª série, n.º 90, de 10 de maio.
15.1 — A apreciação dos processos dos candidatos admitidos ao concurso será efetuada de acordo com os parâmetros gerais, itens e ponderações aprovados.
15.2 — As deliberações do júri serão tomadas através de votação nominal fundamentada, por maioria absoluta dos votos dos membros presentes à reunião, não sendo permitidas abstenções, nas condições referidas no n.º 3 do artigo 21.º do Regulamento de recrutamento.
15.3 — O júri deliberará primeiro sobre o processo de seleção para controlo dos requisitos de admissão dos candidatos ao concurso em função da área disciplinar em que é aberto o concurso.
15.4 — No caso de não admissão do candidato, o júri procede à audiência prévia dos candidatos excluídos que, querendo, se podem pronunciar nos termos da alínea f) do n.º 1 do artigo 12.º do Regulamento de recrutamento.
15.5 — O júri procederá, de seguida, à elaboração de uma lista dos candidatos que hajam sido admitidos e excluídos.
15.6 — A ordenação dos candidatos deve ser fundamentada na avaliação feita com base nos parâmetros gerais de avaliação e correspondentes fatores de ponderação aprovados.

For RAI, PCI, TC, PJ, ODT, OA items, the following maximum limits will be considered, not counting the accumulated score for each candidate that exceeds them.
RAI - 100 points;
PCI - 150 points;
TC - 50 points;
PJ - 50 points;
ODT - 100 points;
OA - 100 points.
In each item will be made the relativization of the scores of the candidates for the highest value found, to which 100 points correspond.
16 - Pursuant to point b) of paragraph 4 of article 23 of the ECPDESP and paragraph g) of paragraph 1 of article 12 of the Regulation of Recruitment and Employment of Career Teaching Staff of IPB, the Jury may hold public hearings, on an equal basis for all admitted candidates.
17 - The objective for the specific evaluation of the activity to be carried out by the candidate recruited during the experimental period, in compliance with article 11 (1) (e) and article 27 of the Recruitment Regulation, was established by the Technical-Scientific Council Of the respective Organic Unit in the following terms: "Obtain a minimum score of Good, during the respective experimental period, in the performance evaluation, as provided in the Regulation of the Performance Evaluation System of the Teaching Staff of the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, published in the Diário da Republic, 2nd series, No. 6, of January 10, 2011 ".

A pontuação será atribuída tendo em conta a menção positiva valorativa, qualitativa ou quantitativa.
B) Internacionalização da atividade pedagógica em instituições de ensino superior - 5 pontos por participação, até ao máximo de 15.
IV. Orientação de dissertações e trabalhos conducentes a grau académico (ODT)
A) Estudos conducentes ao grau de mestre/doutor – 2 pontos por orientação, sendo a pontuação dividida pelo número de orientadores em trabalhos partilhados.
B) Estudos conducentes ao grau de licenciado ou equivalente - 1 pontos por orientação, sendo a pontuação dividida pelo número de orientadores em trabalhos partilhados.
14.3 Outras Atividades que Hajam Sido Desenvolvidas, Consideradas Relevantes para a Missão da Instituição do Ensino Superior (OA)
I. Exercício de cargos e funções académicas (CFA)
A) Desempenho de cargos ou funções de presidência/vice-presidência direção/subdireção- 15 pontos por ano de mandato.
Serão consideradas as funções estatutariamente previstas nas instituições onde foram exercidas e será considerada a de nível mais elevado.
Se necessário a pontuação é atribuída na proporção dos duodécimos cumpridos.

II. Atividades de extensão (AE)
Atividades relevantes para o ensino, investigação e serviço à comunidade no âmbito da missão da instituição.
Serão atribuídos 5 pontos por ação até ao máximo de 40.
O júri deliberou, ainda, que em caso de empate de classificação entre os candidatos, serão aplicados sucessivamente os seguintes critérios:
A) Ter mais tempo de atividade docente nas unidades curriculares a concurso.

II. Quality and dissemination of research activity results (RAI)
A) Authorship of scientific books - 5 points per international book and 3 points per national book.
B) Authorship of chapters in scientific books - 4 points per chapter in international book and 3 points per chapter in national book.
C) Authorship of articles in scientific journals - 5 points per journal article indexed to ISI / Scopus and 3 points per journal article indexed to other databases.
D) Participation in scientific conferences:
I) Publications of complete articles in minutes - 3 points per article in ISI / Scopus conference and 2 points in other conferences.
Ii) Publications in abstracts books - 2 points per abstract in ISI / Scopus conference and 0.5 points in other conferences.
Iii) Oral and poster communications - 0.5 per oral communication and 0.25 per poster.
E) Number of citations in indexed journals, using ISI / Scopus as reference and excluding own ones - 0.2 points for citation up to a maximum of 10 points.
F) Coordination / editing of scientific publications - 1 points per publication up to a maximum of 10.
G) Participation as guest speaker in events of scientific nature - 1 point per participation up to a maximum of 10.
H) Organization of scientific events - 1 points per action up to a maximum of 10.
I) Member of scientific committees of events - 1 point per participation up to a maximum of 10.
J) Evaluator of scientific articles submitted to scientific journals / events: 2 and 1 points per review, up to a maximum of 10.
K) Dissemination and dissemination activities of science - 1 point per action up to a maximum of 10.
L) Other activities considered relevant - other activities will be valued that show the technical-scientific performance of the candidate up to a maximum of 10 points.
III. Quality of projects and research contracts (CIP)
A) National research and development projects - 5 points to the project coordinator and 3 points to team members.
Projects in the area of the competition that involve the existence of a prior competition, approval and financing will be considered.
B) International research and development projects - 10 points to the project coordinator and 6 points to team members.

IV. Knowledge Transfer (TC)
Patents and prototypes - 5 points per international patent and 2.5 points per national patent.
Only cases with the completed registration and approval processes will be considered.
V. Prizes, grants and distinctions (PBD)
A) Scientific and academic awards and distinctions of scientific societies or public and private entities - 2, 5 points for international premium or distinction and 1 points for each national award or distinction, up to a maximum of 10 points.
Prizes or distinctions of a technical-scientific nature awarded by national or international competitions, by research entities or bodies, scientific societies or by public and private entities of recognized merit shall be considered.
B) Scholarships for periods of work and stays in research centers - 2.5 points per scholarship up to a maximum of 5.
Note: In RAI, PCI, TC and PBD, the weighting to be awarded to the candidate will be reduced by 50% whenever technical-scientific performance is not developed in the contest area.
14.2 Pedagogical Performance (DP)
I. Teaching functions in institutions of higher education (FD)
A) Experience and quality of the pedagogical work:
I. Number of semesters of learner experience - 1.5 points per semester.
If necessary, the score is awarded in proportion to the percentage value of the contracts.

Regent / responsible for units taught - 4 points for each curricular unit, teaching at least 75% of the total workload.
In the curricular units of "Biological Aging and Health" and "Nutrigenómica" - 8 points for each curricular unit.

Regent / responsible of clinical teaching / curricular internships - 4 points for each clinical teaching / internship.plataformas eletrónicas.
Vi.
Participação na elaboração de conteúdos programáticos e planos curriculares - até ao máximo de 15 pontos - 3 pontos para atividades relacionadas com o desenho dos cursos e 1 ponto para a elaboração de programas de unidades curriculares.
II. Participação em júris (PJ)
A) Participação em júris de doutoramento e outras provas públicas previstas no Estatuto da Carreira do Pessoal Docente do Ensino Superior - 1 pontos por participação.
B) Participação em júris de mestrado – 0, 2 pontos por participação.
III. Dedicação e qualidade das atividades profissionais relacionadas com a docência (APD)
A) Apreciação do desempenho pedagógico - até ao máximo de 15 pontos.
Serão considerados os inquéritos ou instrumentos similares de avaliação do desempenho pedagógico.
A pontuação será atribuída tendo em conta a menção positiva valorativa, qualitativa ou quantitativa.
B) Internacionalização da atividade pedagógica em instituições de ensino superior - 5 pontos por participação, até ao máximo de 15.
IV. Orientação de dissertações e trabalhos conducentes a grau académico (ODT)
A) Estudos conducentes ao grau de mestre/doutor – 2 pontos por orientação, sendo a pontuação dividida pelo número de orientadores em trabalhos partilhados.
B) Estudos conducentes ao grau de licenciado ou equivalente - 1 pontos por orientação, sendo a pontuação dividida pelo número de orientadores em trabalhos partilhados.
14.3 Outras Atividades que Hajam Sido Desenvolvidas, Consideradas Relevantes para a Missão da Instituição do Ensino Superior (OA)
I. Exercício de cargos e funções académicas (CFA)
A) Desempenho de cargos ou funções de presidência/vice-presidência direção/subdireção- 15 pontos por ano de mandato.
Serão consideradas as funções estatutariamente previstas nas instituições onde foram exercidas e será considerada a de nível mais elevado.
Se necessário a pontuação é atribuída na proporção dos duodécimos cumpridos.
B) Desempenho de cargos ou funções de gestão pedagógica coordenação/direção/presidência - 10 pontos por ano de mandato e por cargo ou função.
Serão consideradas as funções estatutariamente previstas nas instituições onde foram exercidas.
Se necessário a pontuação é atribuída na proporção dos duodécimos cumpridos.
C) Outros cargos ou funções por designação atribuídos pelos órgãos de gestão das instituições de ensino superior- 5 pontos por participação até ao máximo de 30.
II. Atividades de extensão (AE)
Atividades relevantes para o ensino, investigação e serviço à comunidade no âmbito da missão da instituição.
Serão atribuídos 5 pontos por ação até ao máximo de 40.
O júri deliberou, ainda, que em caso de empate de classificação entre os candidatos, serão aplicados sucessivamente os seguintes critérios:
A) Ter mais tempo de atividade docente nas unidades curriculares a concurso.
B)Ter experiência profissional nas unidades curriculares a concurso.

15.1 — A apreciação dos processos dos candidatos admitidos ao concurso será efetuada de acordo com os parâmetros gerais, itens e ponderações aprovados.
15.2 — As deliberações do júri serão tomadas através de votação nominal fundamentada, por maioria absoluta dos votos dos membros presentes à reunião, não sendo permitidas abstenções, nas condições referidas no n.º 3 do artigo 21.º do Regulamento de recrutamento.
15.3 — O júri deliberará primeiro sobre o processo de seleção para controlo dos requisitos de admissão dos candidatos ao concurso em função da área disciplinar em que é aberto o concurso.
15.4 — No caso de não admissão do candidato, o júri procede à audiência prévia dos candidatos excluídos que, querendo, se podem pronunciar nos termos da alínea f) do n.º 1 do artigo 12.º do Regulamento de recrutamento.
15.5 — O júri procederá, de seguida, à elaboração de uma lista dos candidatos que hajam sido admitidos e excluídos.

A) Desempenho de cargos ou funções de presidência/vice-presidência direção/subdireção- 15 pontos por ano de mandato.

A pontuação será atribuída tendo em conta a menção positiva valorativa, qualitativa ou quantitativa.
B) Internacionalização da atividade pedagógica em instituições de ensino superior - 5 pontos por participação, até ao máximo de 15.
IV. Orientação de dissertações e trabalhos conducentes a grau académico (ODT)
A) Estudos conducentes ao grau de mestre/doutor – 2 pontos por orientação, sendo a pontuação dividida pelo número de orientadores em trabalhos partilhados.
B) Estudos conducentes ao grau de licenciado ou equivalente - 1 pontos por orientação, sendo a pontuação dividida pelo número de orientadores em trabalhos partilhados.
14.3 Outras Atividades que Hajam Sido Desenvolvidas, Consideradas Relevantes para a Missão da Instituição do Ensino Superior (OA)
I. Exercício de cargos e funções académicas (CFA)
A) Desempenho de cargos ou funções de presidência/vice-presidência direção/subdireção- 15 pontos por ano de mandato.
Serão consideradas as funções estatutariamente previstas nas instituições onde foram exercidas e será considerada a de nível mais elevado.
Se necessário a pontuação é atribuída na proporção dos duodécimos cumpridos.
B) Desempenho de cargos ou funções de gestão pedagógica coordenação/direção/presidência - 10 pontos por ano de mandato e por cargo ou função.
Serão consideradas as funções estatutariamente previstas nas instituições onde foram exercidas.
Se necessário a pontuação é atribuída na proporção dos duodécimos cumpridos.
C) Outros cargos ou funções por designação atribuídos pelos órgãos de gestão das instituições de ensino superior- 5 pontos por participação até ao máximo de 30.
II. Atividades de extensão (AE)
Atividades relevantes para o ensino, investigação e serviço à comunidade no âmbito da missão da instituição.
Serão atribuídos 5 pontos por ação até ao máximo de 40.
O júri deliberou, ainda, que em caso de empate de classificação entre os candidatos, serão aplicados sucessivamente os seguintes critérios:
A) Ter mais tempo de atividade docente nas unidades curriculares a concurso.
B)Ter experiência profissional nas unidades curriculares a concurso.
15 — Procedimentos previstos para o concurso e respetivo calendário: Os procedimentos e normas aplicáveis ao concurso são as constantes do Regulamento de Recrutamento, Seleção e Contratação de Pessoal Docente do IPB, encontrando-se disponível para consulta no site www.ipb.pt ou poderá ser consultado em Diário da República - Regulamento n.º 290/2011, publicado em Diário da República, 2.ª série, n.º 90, de 10 de maio.
15.1 — A apreciação dos processos dos candidatos admitidos ao concurso será efetuada de acordo com os parâmetros gerais, itens e ponderações aprovados.
15.2 — As deliberações do júri serão tomadas através de votação nominal fundamentada, por maioria absoluta dos votos dos membros presentes à reunião, não sendo permitidas abstenções, nas condições referidas no n.º 3 do artigo 21.º do Regulamento de recrutamento.
15.3 — O júri deliberará primeiro sobre o processo de seleção para controlo dos requisitos de admissão dos candidatos ao concurso em função da área disciplinar em que é aberto o concurso.
15.4 — No caso de não admissão do candidato, o júri procede à audiência prévia dos candidatos excluídos que, querendo, se podem pronunciar nos termos da alínea f) do n.º 1 do artigo 12.º do Regulamento de recrutamento.
15.5 — O júri procederá, de seguida, à elaboração de uma lista dos candidatos que hajam sido admitidos e excluídos.
15.6 — A ordenação dos candidatos deve ser fundamentada na avaliação feita com base nos parâmetros gerais de avaliação e correspondentes fatores de ponderação aprovados.
15.7 - The final classification (CF) of each candidate will be expressed in the scale of 0 to 100 points and results from the application of the following formula: CF = 0.3 * DTC + 0.5 * DP + 0.2 * OA 15.8 - The weights indicated in the following formulas shall be applied to the parameters considered in the evaluation of each general parameter defined in article 19 of Regulation no. 290/2011 of May 10, by unanimous deliberation of the jury of the contest:
DTC = (FA * 0.2) + (RAI * 0.35) + (PCI * 0.25) + (TC * 0.05) + (PBD * 0.15).
DP = (FD * 0.5) + (PJ * 0.1) + (APD * 0.2) + (ODT * 0.2).
OA = (CFA * 0.8) + (AE * 0.2).
For RAI, PCI, TC, PJ, ODT, OA items, the following maximum limits will be considered, not counting the accumulated score for each candidate that exceeds them.
RAI - 100 points;
PCI - 150 points;
TC - 50 points;
PJ - 50 points;
ODT - 100 points;
OA - 100 points.
In each item will be made the relativization of the scores of the candidates for the highest value found, to which 100 points correspond.
16 - Pursuant to point b) of paragraph 4 of article 23 of the ECPDESP and paragraph g) of paragraph 1 of article 12 of the Regulation of Recruitment and Employment of Career Teaching Staff of IPB, the Jury may hold public hearings, on an equal basis for all admitted candidates.
17 - The objective for the specific evaluation of the activity to be carried out by the candidate recruited during the experimental period, in compliance with article 11 (1) (e) and article 27 of the Recruitment Regulation, was established by the Technical-Scientific Council Of the respective Organic Unit in the following terms: "Obtain a minimum score of Good, during the respective experimental period, in the performance evaluation, as provided in the Regulation of the Performance Evaluation System of the Teaching Staff of the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, published in the Diário da Republic, 2nd series, No. 6, of January 10, 2011 ".
18 - The tender dossier may be consulted by candidates who wish to do so at the Central Services of the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança at normal business hours.
19 - The employment of the Assistant Professor's position is subject to compliance with the legal provisions in force.
