Press Department Under the direct reponsibility of the Communication and Marketing management, the press department is the spokeperson of the company alongside the media.
Expert of public relations, he plays a key role in the broadcast of information alongside any external audiences.
Main responsibilities Develop and implement a Public Relations plan that covers primarily targeted media but may also cover influencers such as analysts, bloggers and other third party observers.
Shape and align Public Relations strategy to corporate priorities and significant corporate events and announcements Seek out new opportunities to promote Amaris using well-coordinated channels including both traditional print and broadcast media as well as new media And also:
Creation of press contents External : group pitch, press release, annual report, articles, biographies Internal : personal pitch, group presentation , articles Creation of effective and synthetic message Handle catchy messages and sentences Transform ideas into words Respect for the corporate graphic standards Insure the coherence between the press contents Proper use of the charter Advisory role regarding contents of corporate communication with the other departments of the group Establishment of cockpits to follow-up on project performance Management of the group press communication plan Daily teamwork, in association with the corporate departments (Media, Digital marketing, IT, Event management, Foundation…)
Realisation of communications benchmark and watches Expenrience : 3/4 years as Press Officer.
Preferably has at least one experience in the Consulting Industry.
Education : Any Master in Journalism / Media Management / Mass Communication.
Ex : Journalism Sciences Po Paris School or CELSA Must be well organized, calm, detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-changing, demanding environment with multiple internal stakeholders Comfortable working closely with and advising a demanding set of Senior Executives and functions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal, facilitation and negotiating skills Proven strategic, problem identification and problem solving skills with the ability to ‘push back’ if needed Comfortable in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual, diverse environment with a good sense of judgment Comfortable acting as a company spokesperson
